Tehran will present in April this year a new generation of centrifuges for uranium enrichment, according to Iranian news Agency ISNA. The Agency quoted Deputy head of atomic energy Organization of Iran Ali Asghar of Sareena, said that the new generation of centrifuges of Iranian production will be presented in April.
About the launch of the network of 30 centrifuges declared in November last year, the head of atomic energy Organization of Iran Ali Akbar Salehi. He noted that since September 2019 Iran has installed 15 of centrifuges of the new generation, “which is a very big achievement.” Testing before installing in the primary sector, including the mechanical stabilization, are on the nuclear site at Natanz.
the Iranian initiative was a response to the US unilateral withdrawal from the Joint comprehensive plan of action in 2018 and the subsequent sanctions against Tehran, but also in response to Europe’s failure to preserve Iran’s interests under the agreement.
